No change is like another. No transformation is like another.

Change gradually optimizes processes within existing structures or refines strategies. Adjustments often take place step by step. Examples include the restructuring of a team or the adaptation of work processes. The time horizon is often short to medium-term.

Transformation, on the other hand, fundamentally reshapes and realigns organizations—including culture, mindset, and business models. Examples include digital transformation or a cultural shift towards agile ways of working. The time horizon is typically long-term.

We support the People Side of Change: Successful change requires acceptance, engagement, and a willingness to adapt within the organization. Only when employees embrace the transformation can it be truly successful.

Our consulting approach is systemic and constructivist. This ensures that cultural specifics are taken into account and that we pursue a solution-oriented approach.
